Christoph Sammet

Christoph Sammet, born 1977 in Stuttgart, is married and has two children.


Christoph studied law in Jena, Münster, Paris and Heidelberg. At the Université Paris Sorbonne (Assas) he obtained a degree as Licencié en Droit in French commercial law. He completed internships at international law firms in Frankfurt and Lisbon.

In addition to studying law, he was particularly interested in economic topics as well as Portuguese language and culture. As part of his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart, he worked at the State Representation of Baden-Württemberg at the European Union in Brussels.

After completing his second state examin, Christoph initially worked in a corporate law firm in Frankfurt am Main. He then worked for ten years as a lawyer in the legal department of international industrial companies, most recently as Head of Legal Europe of a Japanese electronics company.

In 2018 Christoph founded his own law firm in Winnenden and Stuttgart. Christoph advises companies compre­hen­sively on business law. A special focus is the practice-oriented consulting of small and medium-sized companies.
